The NEW way to construct strong-lightweight living structures.

GRIPBlock is a new Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) block that boasts all of the benefits of traditional CLT – lightweight, strength, renewability – enhanced with GRIPMetal’s patented mechanical attachment technology that makes it faster and easier to build structures than ever before.

GRIPBlock is the perfect foundation for mass timber construction projects and temporary structures alike. Because of its lightweight and strength GRIPBlock structures can be prefabricated and shipped to site, reducing construction time and costs, and greatly improving safety. By only using your hands you can construct large lego-like structures - no tools required.

The embedded GRIPMetal bonding helps our blocks resist lateral forces similar to poured blocks.

At just under 20lbs a full GRIPBlock is far lighter than comparable cinder, concrete and even competing CLT blocks. GRIPBlocks also come in half, flat and quarter shapes to make building even faster and more flexible. GRIPBlocks will even float on water!

Embedded GRIPMetal means blocks can be stacked, like Lego. Structures can be assembled, disassembled and moved by small teams with little to no construction experience.

White Glove Service

GRIPMetal provides white glove service from the first order to your final build. Our team of expert planners and installers will help you choose the right blocks, and then deliver, assemble and remove blocks and structures right at your facility. Small teams and individuals can also quickly and easily assemble GRIPBlock structures without professional assistance.

Self Supporting Walls. No Foundation Required.
