GRIP Metal™ layered with Wood Veneer into multiple layers is the base material for the bridge. Alternating layers to build a thick layer for the bridge base which is then curved that allows the bridge to cover a gap.
The GRIP Metal™ type is Aluminum with double sided hooks which has two pieces of wood veneer sandwiched on either side. This is called the structure, which is then used as layers to build up to the required thickness for the bridge structure.
The GRIP Metal™ sheets and Wood Veneer structure are rolled together with a rolling machine into three layers. These layers are then rolled together to form the bridge with a portable roller and clamp. This process is repeated to build up a significant layer that forms the bridge. The edges are held down and supported in order to form the curved shape.
